I Wish To Shed Weight - This Is The Refrain Expressed By Many People After New Resolutions For The New Year
I do not know if you still do New Year's resolutions. Many people give them up as they grow older. They get tired of the end-less cycle of disappointment from failing, so they decide not to even make an attempt. This year, however, I'm going for it. I wish to lose weight, and have wanted to for more than a year now. I'm far from my ideal body weight '" my doctor told me that I was at least 50 pounds in excess of the standard weight so for this next year at least fitness is my central focus. Although I don't know how to shed weight, I suspect that it involves diet and pills. If that's all that you need, hook me up!
Even though I want to lose weight, I haven't always felt this way. For quite a long time, I was in denial about how far I was my ideal body weight and fitness & exercise seemed almost like bad words. I told myself that I was merely big boned, said that I had a soft and comfortable body '" all of the usual lies that people tell themselves when they're fearful to see how fat they are. Now, however, I'm sick of it all. I wish to lose weight, & I want to lose weight fast. I want to be slim, attractive, and irresistible. I want people to look at me on the street not because of the rolls of fat hanging from my belly, but due to the alluring way my ribs are poking through my skin.
So far, I have lined up lots of lose weight fast plans. A lot of these look good, but some are plainly better than others. When I told my mother that I wants to shed weight she suggested taking something with ephedrine in it. Apparently, ephedra weight-loss is the best kind. Regrettably, however, ephedra has recently been banned by the government. I wish to lose weight, but I suppose I waited a little bit too long to jump on the band-wagon. Now that the most effective weight-loss pill is no longer available on the market, I don't know what I'll do.
